Welcome to GulFit Nutrition (operated by GulFit Nutrition Inc., Mumbai). By browsing our website, registering an account, or placing an order for any of our stone-ground sattu or soy isolate nutritional formulations, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.Acceptance of Agreement & Eligibility
By accessing this platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that all details submitted during account creation and order checkout (including full name, delivery address, phone number, and email address) are authentic and correct.
GulFit reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, invalid contact information, or violation of applicable laws.
2.Nutritional & Dietary Supplement Disclaimers
GulFit products (including Desi Chana Sattu, Soy Protein Isolate, and related plant-based functional blends) are classified as food supplements regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
Important Dietary Advisory:
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Consult your qualified physician, nutritionist, or healthcare provider prior to consuming dietary protein supplements, particularly if you are pregnant, lactating, taking prescription medication, or have known renal or metabolic conditions.
Allergen Notice: Contains Soy and Legumes (Chickpeas/Chana). Manufactured in a facility strictly free of animal products and dairy.
3.Pricing, Per-Unit Breakdown & BOGO Promotions
All prices listed on our platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless expressly noted.
- Per-Unit Pricing Transparency: In full compliance with Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, unit sale prices (e.g. ₹ per pack or ₹ per 100g) are displayed alongside package prices to empower informed consumer decisions.
- Promotional Offers & BOGO Deals: Special promotional offers, coupon codes, and Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) campaigns are valid for specified periods only and subject to stock availability. GulFit reserves the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw promotional coupons without prior notice.
- Price Adjustments: GulFit reserves the right to adjust retail pricing due to raw material crop yields, market logistics fluctuations, or unintentional typographical errors. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we will contact you for resolution or issue a full refund.
4.Payment Security & Order Confirmation
We process online electronic payments through Razorpay, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. GulFit does not store, record, or have access to your complete credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank netbanking passwords.
Payment can be made via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
An electronic confirmation receipt and SMS confirmation with your unique Order ID is generated immediately upon successful payment verification.
5.Intellectual Property & Brand Trademarks
The trademark "GULPFIT", "GULFIT NUTRITION", the brand logos, packaging graphics, website design, product descriptions, photography, formulations, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of GulFit Nutrition Inc.
No part of this website or brand material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or modified without prior written authorization from our legal department.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GulFit Nutrition Inc. and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product in dispute.
7.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, legal claim, or litigation arising between you and GulFit Nutrition Inc. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
