Take clear photos of the outer carton, courier shipping label, and the defective or damaged container.

Reverse Pickup Scheduled
Our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep at zero cost within 24 to 48 hours.
Instant Replacement or Refund
A brand-new replacement is dispatched immediately, or a 100% refund is initiated to your bank.

Refund Processing Methods & Timelines
Once an approved return parcel is received at our Mumbai facility or an instant waiver is granted:
Refund credited back to the original source card or bank account within 5 to 7 business days as per RBI payment gateway turnaround guidelines.
Refund is processed instantly and usually reflects in your UPI linked bank account (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) within 24 to 48 hours.
You will receive a secure payout link to enter your UPI VPA or bank NEFT details. Funds are transferred within 3 to 5 working days.
Need to cancel an unfulfilled order?
Orders can be cancelled with a 100% full instant refund before the tracking AWB has been dispatched by courier.
